Petition updateRule Against Racial Discrimination in New MexicoOngoing Retaliation from Undersheriff Michael Munk & NM State Patrol Sgt Jenkins
Cristina MooneyFence Lake, NM, United States
Mar 28, 2019

During the week before our criminal hearing on March 18th we learned that Judge Rael was going to be retiring at the end of the week. We have an upcoming YouTube video where we will be talking about all the publically available information as to what happened that day. To get a notification when we go LIVE you can SUBSCRIBE HERE.

After what happened in court regarding Cristina's pending criminal accusations, Undersheriff Michael Munk when an hour out of his way to drive down our private easement through our property, laughed and waived with another Cibola County Sheriff Officer in uniform in an attempt to retaliate, harass, and coerce us into retaliating out of fear for our safety and lives. We published a video after the incident (it went VIRAL!!!) and we caught the actual incident on camera because not only did they go out of their way to harass us but they drove their car as close as possible to Daniel in an attempt to drive him off the road and an attempt to assault him on his own private property. You can see that video HERE. Additionally, Sgt. Jenkins of New Mexico State Patrol lied to us on a recorded call and told us that the person to investigate the department would be the Cibola County Manager. Come to find out, that was a lie, the County Manager replied to us and let us know that was not correct information, now tying NM State Patrol into this circle of corruption and attempts to push us out of the area, possible New Mexico as a whole!

This is all another collective attempt by Cibola County Sheriff's Department to attempt to coerce us into leaving or protecting our property, resulting in putting our lives on the line to defend our civil rights. Paired with all the harassment, retaliation, online and physical stalking that's been going on since they came up onto our property and arrested Cristina over rumors that we can prove are false and Daniel over his state-approved cannabis medication. We've filed a report with the New Mexico Attorney General Office and they basically told us that they were taking in the information and could not confirm or deny if they are going to do anything about the abuses going on within the Sheriff's Department in Cibola County. That's not acceptable.

Today we are asking YOU to please continue supporting our right to stay on our land, per the court order by Judge Rael, and still retain our civil and unalienable rights to not be harassed, retaliated against or unlawfully stalked by law enforcement officers, officer's wives and family members and biased community members. To sign that petition asking the Attorney General's Office to investigate the Cibola County Sheriff's Dept, Sheriff Tony Mace and Undersheriff Michael Munk and any other officers that are abusing their authority accountable for their misconduct and crimes PLEASE CLICK HERE and sign!
