The vile, terrifying, and hateful expressions uttered by Mid Pacific Baseball Players, captured on camera and then brazenly shared on social media, are beyond reprehensible. They exhibited not a trace of shame or regret—until the moment they were exposed and faced expulsion. Now, astonishingly, a contingent of parents, students, and even some educators are rallying to their defense, arguing that the punishment of suspension or expulsion is excessively severe for mere "jokes" and youthful indiscretions.

This stance deeply wounds and traumatizes my child, along with others at MPI, who feel utterly disrespected and marginalized by these students' actions. Allowing these individuals to return without facing any genuine disciplinary measures or undergoing any form of behavioral correction only serves to diminish and belittle the gravity of their actions.

Thus, I passionately urge you to stand with us in signing this petition, demanding that these students remain suspended for the remainder of the academic year. Furthermore, we call for their engagement in community service directly benefiting the communities harmed by their hate speech, coupled with a heartfelt, in-person, and publicly recorded apology to the entire school community for their egregious conduct.

Your support in this crucial matter is immensely appreciated. Together, let us advocate for justice and ensure that such acts of hate are met with the seriousness they warrant.
 
I implore you to sign this petition to keep these students suspended for the remainder of the year, take part in some community service that can benefit the groups of people they effected in their hate speech, and issue a in-person and recorded apology to the school for their actions.
