Introduction: Shawkat Ara Begum, who's 76 years old suffering from severe schizophrenia, and her children, with developmental disorders, were held captive and tortured in their own home in Banani, Dhaka, by their next-door neighbor, MP Golam Dastagir Gazi. Their horrifying ordeal was part of a calculated scheme to steal their property. During captivity, Shawkat suffered multiple strokes due to abuse and lack of medical care, and sadly, she passed away shortly after being released from this unlawful captivity.

Victims' Plight: During their visit to Banani, Dhaka, to see their mother, Shawkat Ara Begum, her children, who both have developmental and mental health disabilities, became easy targets for MP Golam Dastagir Gazi and his terrorist network. Exploiting their vulnerabilities, Gazi orchestrated a cruel scheme to pressure and terrorize Shawkat Ara Begum. He frequently abducted her children to undisclosed locations, holding them until she complied with his demands. This brutal tactic not only terrorized Shawkat Ara but also inflicted deep psychological scars on her children, who are still undergoing extensive treatment for severe trauma in Birmingham, UK.The family's suffering underlines the urgency of holding these perpetrators accountable.

The acts committed by Gazi and his accomplices include but are not limited to:

1. Fraudulent property transactions under duress and through deceit.
2. Kidnapping and hostage situations to leverage compliance through fear.
3. Systematic financial drain, exploiting my mother’s compromised mental state to siphon vast sums of money.
4. Judicial manipulation to revoke guardianship and seize assets unlawfully.
5. Direct threats and physical intimidation to suppress any opposition.
