Stagecoach Group (media@stagecoachgroup.com) is responsible for providing bus services all over the United Kingdom.  However, as the 2015 General Election is looming, Stagecoach Group has been asking their drivers to operate buses in certain areas of the UK, advertising the racist United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP).  The bus drivers have no choice other than to operate these buses if they wish to keep their job.  Stagecoach Group, however, is advertising UKIP only in areas with a strong rightwing political bias, where the local governmental authorities and police allow such advertising to take place.  The well-known seaside tourist resort of Torbay – in South Devon – is one such designated area.  UKIP billboards dominate the area as far as Brixham in one direction, and Newton Abbot in the other.  This area relies heavily upon income secured from the tourist industry which attracts regional, national, and international travellers from many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.  We believe that it is immoral and unethical for Stagecoach Group to advertise the racist UKIP upon their buses, whilst simultaneously taking the hard-earned money from the very foreign tourists UKIP would exclude from the UK.  This is why we call upon all right-minded people in Torbay and the UK to BOYCOTT STAGECOACH GROUP until Stagecoach Group makes a public statement announcing a rejection of UKIP advertising, and its dedication to the providing of its services on a multicultural basis.
