October 2017 A decision was made to have Texan Environmental Waste & Recycling to commence services to the city of stafford Texas for a (90) day performance based contract.

After performance the hauler if considered was to move into the (3) year contract to start jan 1 2018. The former mayor of stafford decided to reject the former agreement and go back with previous hauler . It increased rates to over 300k a year. Recycling was to be given alongside (96) Gallon rolling carts . 

Christopher Forte’ who was the face of the company! Is a community leader and former student Athlete of Stafford MSD/ State Semifinalist in Basketball and current resident.

Christopher has a team of investors formerly to acquire things needed for the city which was over 150-300k up front ! Christopher has references from former mayor pro tem alongside public works director and city residents of superb services to the city of stafford since the 1970s

ROYAL Eagle Waste & Recycling LLC is looking for current residents to sign the petition to present to city officials as we look to take back City of Stafford for (3) years!
