2,500 Signatures and 80 Voices of True Character

To everyone who has stood with us: thank you.
As I write, we are on the verge of crossing 2,500 signatures. That milestone, accomplished in a matter of days, is staggering, placing this effort among the fastest-growing petitions on this platform and sending a loud, undeniable message to the Ramaswamy campaign and local media.
But honestly, it is not the raw signature count that has moved me the most—it is what you have written.
We now have over 80 incredible, vulnerable, and illuminating comments attached to this petition. Many of you have shared personal stories, reflected on what the St. Xavier community means to you, and articulated exactly why weaponizing childhood trauma has no place in public leadership. You have put into words the profound, real-world meaning of being "Men for Others."
These comments are a powerful testament to the character of this community. They prove that our commitment to decency isn't just a slogan we left behind at graduation; it is a lived value that we will defend.
Because Change.org limits how often I can send these updates, this may be my last direct message to the group for a little while. To ensure this momentum doesn't fade, I have two final asks:
1. Read the comments. If you haven't yet, scroll through the "Reasons for signing" on the petition page. They will inspire you and remind you of the caliber of people in our community.
2. Keep sharing. The media are paying attention. Please continue to send the link to your networks, text it to classmates, and post it on LinkedIn and X.
Thank you for standing up, speaking out, and showing what true character looks like.
With deep gratitude,
