The St. Tammany Parish Animal Services Shelter needs new leadership and a new Veterinarian.  We need leaders with passion and hearts for animals. Leaders that will help and protect  these helpless animals.  People not in it just for a paycheck. A Veterinarian that wants to save animals! This is a public tax funded shelter (2 mil a year!) so its not lack of money... It's a lack of caring. Animals are being hoarded 3-4 in a kennel, starved, sick, dying and euthanized. Living in kennels for months without any socialization. Most never being promoted for rescue or adoptions. Right now 385 animals in the shelter with only a handful available. They die suffering, alone and scared. Their voices never being heard. Please be a voice!! Thank you for helping the helpless voiceless animals.
