MKC planners told St.Mod they were going to recommend refusal

MKC planners told St.Mod they were going to recommend refusal so they have withdrawn their current plans for a re-think. The reason was all the massive fuss that has been made about losing so many historic buildings!!! This means it will be at least February before they will have an application heard. And they will have to come up with something better!!
