With the recent events of the COVID-19 situation, St. John’s University, as well as other teams, has banned all club activities to travel which unfortunately includes bowling, while all of our NCAA sports are still continuing their season like nothing has changed. Our team is currently ranked #10 in the country and consists of four seniors who will never again have an opportunity like this to compete for a National Championship. If upheld, It would be a disappointing and unprecedented decision that affects a group of student athletes who have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours and months of practice and hard work to prepare for this one event.
