Respected sir, Jai Hind I am Rohit Sharma resident of Lucknow Please help me in getting justice for my father my story as follows: I got married on 20-05 -2013 with Rashmi Chaturvedi D/o Sri S.K.Chaturvedi. After marriage she has started her tactics against me and my family like she was demanding money (in indirect way) and other expensive things from me. Within 7 months she left our home but some how we managed to convince her and take her home but after ten days she has again started doing the same thing and finally she has filed fake cases (498 a, 323, 504, 506, 3/4 DPA, CRPC 125) against me and my entire family so that they can demand money. Even at the time of mediation her farther has demanded 30 lakhs to take back these cases. Her whole family was pressurizing me and my farther to give them money other wise they will ruin my life and career. Eventually police made me surrender my passport which I am struggling to get back my pass port because of all these fake cases, I am in merchant navy and for my livelihood always need passport. My father was retired last year, I am unemployed from last 9 months because I am not getting my passport, my in-laws also pressuring us for money because of all this we are facing financial pressure and mental torture from last 3 years. As a consequence of this continuous harassment, my father couldn't take all this pressure and trauma and he committed suicide on 30th april 2016.
