You obviously would want to buy a plot, a land which is worth the hard earned money you pay. and when you start to realize from your relatives and friends that the hard money invested is a fraud that makes the life of a middle class man miserable. 

Most of the Middle class family i happen to meet who have invested in their plots or land have just fought with the TGS cancellation team at their HSR layout office.

Its more about the money of those people who have been saving this to make a shelter for themselves and lead their happy life with family. TGS is making it difficult by failing promises over and over again. TGS cancellation policy states you will get your refund in 90 days, its more than 6 months for any person i have met who tells "Its more than 6 months since the cheque was given and it got bounced" Why is there no action taken against them for these things, They have made a few bouncers seated at their office who talk all abuses to most of the people who have invested the money. They threaten people stating, here in the office you can shout, once you step down from this building we shall show you who we are? What company is this? Taking help from hooligans? 

We need some help from Govt of Karnataka and its officials to do something about this and help all the middle class families who have requested the cancellation to get their own money back from the TGS Construction company.
