Unlock all the features and services of Paypal for Sri Lanka

Unlock all the features and services of Paypal for Sri Lanka
The Issue
Paypal is the largest payment platform and gateway in the world. It has been rapidly adopted worldwide as the standard medium of receiving and sending funds for online business transactions.
Yet, Sri Lanka lags behind the rest of the world in fully incorporating all of the services Paypal has to offer. Currently Sri Lankan users of Paypal can only use it to pay for items or services purchased online. This means that money can only leave the country via Paypal.
It is time to unlock the host of other features and services that Paypal has to offer from receiving funds, bank transfers, physical POS purchases etc. This petition's aim is to unlock the ability to receive funds through Paypal which will open up a world of possibilities for small business owners, entrepreneurs and freelancers who cannot afford the prohibitive costs of using bank based payment gateways to receive funds.
