Release A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV in the Interim of FFXV's Delay

The Issue

Final Fantasy XV was announced ten years ago under the title of Final Fantasy versusXIII. Once development had finally begun in earnest, Tabata-san and his team were more than excited to show us every bit they were working on to keep the faith. We finally received a release date for FFXV at the end of September, but with the desire to ensure that the game ships to its greatest potential came the decision to delay the game for two months. This is tough, but it's not the problem. Patience is a virtue, after all.

To placate the fans, I suggest that the downloadable retro brawler game A King's Tale be made available as soon as possible, or on the original day of release (September 30th, 2016). The retro game was made available as an item for fans who pre-ordered the game at select retailers, to be acquired on the same day as FFXV's release.

Square-Enix can either allow customers who pre-ordered the game a chance to receive their code for A King's Tale ahead of FFXV's delayed launch, or allow everyone the chance to download the retro game from their desired console's online store, regardless of pre-order standing. The latter suggestion is also to remedy those upset that pre-ordering from Square's own online store does not give them access to A King's Tale because of exclusivity with brick and mortar retailers; although it is entirely understandable that reneging on possible exclusivity contracts may be troublesome, and therefore out of the question.

In short - since Final Fantasy XV has been delayed until November 29th, 2016, make A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV available while patient fans continue to wait these last few months out.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
