As of current date (04.01.2022), it's been almost a month and Square Enix fails to:

-Resolve the issue;

-Appropriately address the issue;

-Acknowledge the existence of the issue.

We, the signers of this petition, find this unacceptable and demand the following:

-Acknowledge that issue is taking place;

-Provide an estimate date for issue to be resolved;

-Reimburse players affected with the issue with a month of a game time, as this is how long it the issue persists so far;

-Offer a refund for Endwalker expansion if troubleshooting the issue does not fix it for a player, as this is a product that introduced the issue into the game.
