Chrono Cross is a game that first released in 1999 in Japan and 2000 internationally. The Radical Dreamers Edition released in 2022, and it often runs anywhere from 10-15 FPS. Modern consoles should not struggle with a 22 year old game.

Independent modders have fixed the frame rate on the PC version of the game fairly effortlessly. Square Enix needs to own up to its mistake and patch the performance for all platforms.

Additionally, a large group of players are Brazilian Portuguese speakers, but their language has been left out when this was localized. They deserve to play the game in their native tongue as much as anyone else.
