Ian was a dedicated employee with a disability who was fired for mistakenly wearing a co-workers jacket home because he thought it was his. When he realized it was not his he brought it into work the next day to return it and get his jacket. The manager asked that Ian compose a "sorry letter " which he did stating that he was sorry that he had mistakenly taken home the wrong jacket .The manager used that letter as his admission to guilt and sent it to the corporate offices of Sprout's Farmers Market in Phoenix, AZ. and Ian was terminated
