A huge percentage of the Buffalo population have Sprint as there cellular phone provider. Over these last few months, the service has been not too short of horrible. With the multiple dropped calls, slow internet speeds while surfing the web, text messages not being sent, and a multitude of other problems, and all they have to offer are $10 credits towards your bill! What is that supposed to do for us?? From my understanding the 4G towers are still under construction, and they have been feeding the consumers "garbage" as far as when the problem is going to be fixed. I've personally heard dates that have come and went weeks ago. We need resolution, we need better resolve for these problems that you have caused for us.
