Youth management is an important step in many football managers' careers. If Sports Interactive claim that their game is the most 'realistic football management simulation in the world', then this should be a key feature of the game.

We have seen many real life successful managers come through clubs' youth sides and this sort of progression would be excellent to have on the game. It also provides an extra challenge: you have to deal with the first team manager calling up your players and accepting offers for players. 

But you may get the chance of being the caretaker manager if your club loses the first team manager. This gives your manager a bit more of a 'back story' that could see you take a big step in your managerial career. Even if you're unsuccessful in getting the job, you can resume your role as U18/19/20/21 manager. 

This isn't a petition calling for the feature to be on FM16 per se, that's too soon, but if it were to be included in future versions of Football Manager then that would be great.

I'd also urge people to not be offensive towards Miles or anyone else, that's not what the petition's designed for.
