Bill Binovich has ignored penalties on numerous occasions. First big outbreak was the Rams and Saints game with the helmet to helmet. More recently was Super Bowl 54. First is the touchdown that was under review. His foot was clearly out of bounds before the football reached the line. Second is the OPI on George Kittle. He was no where near touching the defender. Third there was a false start that was blatantly ignored just after they called a false start on San Fransisco. Fourth he ignored the VERY OBVIOUS helmet to helmet on Jimmy G. And lastly he ignored unnecessary roughness on Jimmy G when he was hit after he ran out of bounds. This man has obviously ignored penalties for a reason. Someone needs to get to the bottom of it.
