Bought a nice pair of black leather hiking boots for outside work.

Hadnt worn them much.  Over 6 months but under 12 months.

Metal eyelet come out which holds laces.  

returned to sports direct returns address as still in good condition, as a fault.

emailed about 20 times.  But they have refused to even look at the boots.

jokingly said I will start a petition.

now I am.

sports direct look at my faulty boots and stop ignoring the problem.
