Halo was found July 7th after being lost since July 1st in the back seat of his owners neighbors car left to die alone and rot, since then Spokane County Police and the main animal shelter and protective agency are choosing to do nothing and just leave this family to have no justice for one of the most important member's of their family. Halo was their son Juniors companion animal for his autism, Junior has begun bonding with the new dog that they have gotten.
