Uncle Charlie isn't any ordinary uncle, he was a clown. A clown that was only sold exclusively to Spirit Halloween stores for one year. He is one of the best clowns Spirit Halloween ever sold. Uncle Charlie's eye would glow red, he would move his head from side to side, and say threatening phrases to all of the little kids. And because of his exclusivity people barely had a chance to buy him. So for years Halloween animatronic collectors have been asking and begging for this fan-favorite to come back to Spirit Halloween stores. We can stop the begging but only if we can get this a lot of support on this petition.
