Dear Chairman and Directors of SPH,

The company has been on a freefall ever since Mr Ng Yat Chung was appointed the CEO on 1 Aug 2017.

Mr Ng has failed as a CEO to ensure the success or even viability of SPH, a home grown and pure Singapore company. Instead, he has perpetually underperformed and from his performance, it is clear that he is lacking in the credentials to be a CEO.

We hope that SPH will not suffer the same fate as NOL and before it is too late, we sincerely hope that the Chairman and Board of Directors take immediate action to remove Mr Ng as the CEO and recruit a suitable and competent CEO.
