George Thompson is 70 years old and, up until recently, worked at the Speedway at Little Mack and 11 mile 10 hours a day. He walked to work every morning, did his shift, and continued to work after hours because he enjoyed his job and enjoyed working with people. He was doing his part in society, paying his own way, until recently, when someone new began working there and informed Speedway's headquarters that George was clocking out and continuing his work. This was all George had to look forward to everyday and he now has nothing and no way to pay his rent. I believe Speedway wrongfully fired this man and if you believe so too, please sign this petition in hopes that we can get George's job back for him! I think Speedway should rethink their decision and perhaps come to some sort of agreement so that George can continue to do what he loves (and needs) to do!
