Dear Neighbors,

Over the past two years, our neighborhood has grown exponentially and with this growing population, the incidents of speedy drivers and aggressive behavior has also grown with it. In the entrance/exit points of the neighborhood, I would estimate only half of the drivers coming in and out are actually driving 25 mph or less. This is creating a safety concern for residents that are riding their bikes, walking their kids, walking pets, etc. We really need to start having speed humps installed at the entry/exit points and by the pool to start. These are the heaviest areas with car traffic as well as foot traffic. If you would like to participate in getting this motion approved, please vote on this petition and share it with others in the neighborhood. According to SCDOT website, we need 75% local approval to carry the request from our HOA.
