In July 2015 Ted Dodenhoff of Salem Oregon, trapped a neighbors 9 year old cat named TITAN and knowingly left it to perish of dehydration, starvation and heat exhaustion. It is believed He also tortured the cat and did this in the company of a child. He is being charged with 1 count of theft, 1 count of animal abuse, 1 count of aggravated animal abuse and 1 count of animal neglect. This was in itself heinous but in the presence of a young child makes it despicable! This cat was a much loved family pet named TITAN and We demand that the maximum penalty be charged.
