1973 PMPOA Original By-Laws

This Board has reverted back to the 1973 Original Developer's By-Laws. This 50+ yr old document gives Board Directors SIX (6) Year Terms.  However, what else is included in those ancient scrolls? 

ARTICLE VI

ASSOCIATION PURPOSES AND POWERS

Section 1. The Association has been organized, for the use and benefit of its members and associate member, to:

(4) (b) own, acquire, build, operate and/or maintain greenways, recreational parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, golf courses, private ways, private roads, private lanes, utilities, water system, sewer system, lakes, buildings, structures, and personal properties incident thereto;

(c) provide for services including, but not limited to, garbage and trash collections, fire and police

protection and maintenance of unkept lands and trees;

Where is our swimming pool? Our  golf course? The maintenance of unkept lands and trees?

We  have 30+ signatures. If this petition does not work  - we will  not stop - we will keep fighting!

We are right - They are wrong!
