Constitutional Amendment to define the Supreme Court

The Issue

No mater which side you are on, defining and limiting the Supreme Court is in everyone's best interest.  

Amendment:

The Supreme Court shall consist of nine members. 

When a members leaves the Supreme Court, the President at that time shall choose a replacement and continue doing so until one is approved by the Senate. Should the President become unable to choose, the choice shall follow the line of succession to the Presidency at the time of the member leaving.

The Supreme Court shall rulings shall be based on original intent and enumerated powers listed in this constitution first and after that on rule of law. 

The Supreme Court shall not write laws and be bound by original intent and enumerated powers listed in this constitution.
