We the people of Ohio call upon House Speaker Robert Cupp, Senate President Matt Huffman, Governor Mike Dewine, and Health Chairman Representative Scott Lipps to return the Ohio General Assembly to session immediately to vote on Ohio House Bill 248 without delay.

Today in America we face something like we never have before. Our God given individual freedoms and rights are being threatened. Yesterday's front line hero's are now having their careers and livelihoods forced from them for choosing not to allow a substance injected into their bodies per unfair employer mandates. These mandates are against the nature of the Nuremberg Code, Section 1 that states "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential."

Ohio House Bill 248 the Vaccine Choice & Anti-Discrimination Act sponsored by Representative Jennifer Gross will provide the necessary protections to all Ohio citizens including first responders, healthcare workers, students, and employees of other companies mandating vaccinations. It will also protect Ohio citizens from vaccine passport requirements that businesses may try to impose upon their consumers.

Ohio HB 248 was originally introduced in April 2021 and has been held up in the health committee for summer break. The health committee reconvened early on August 24th, 2021 to hear testimonies on this bill. Nevertheless, house leadership including Speaker Robert Cupp & Health Chairman Rep. Scott Lipps are still not working diligently to get HB 248 onto the house floor for the bill to be voted on.
