SPEAK UP REGARDING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION

SPEAK UP REGARDING WORKPLACE HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION
The Issue
I spoke up about verbal abuse, emotional turmoil, embarrassment, bullying, and hostile working conditions in the workplace. After an unprofessional and bias HR investigation, the company I was employed with for over 7 years terminated my employment, due to cause. They stated, “due to a complaint by a client.” For over 7 years, I had never been written up, verbally warned, or spoken too, due to any misconduct or unprofessional behavior. My annual reviews always stated how I went above and beyond for my clients, working weekends, 55 plus hour weeks, and rescheduling vacation time.
I want to use my experience and reach out to others who have been violated in the workplace, to speak out. It is NOT okay for your supervisor to scream, talk down to you, or intimidate you. It’s NOT okay to go to work every day sick, awaiting whether your supervisor will abuse you that day. And it is NOT okay to request a “private “ HR investigation, while your supervisor advises the entire company about the investigation.
I am fighting my ex employer in a hearing with the Department of Labor, as they denied me to receive any benefits. I have reached out to legislators, the US Department of Human Rights, the EEOC, and the Civil Liberties Union. I am fighting for my professionalism, my integrity, and my good name.
I have the background, tools, and resources to help others fight against workplace harassment, bullying, and abuse. Please sign my petition, and let’s fight together.
