I am starting a petition..TO SAVE SCRAPPY..the 13-14 yr old beagle pictured today that soooo many offered to help but we're told he will probably be put to sleep bc owners are only ones to get him release from this prison...I am disgusted and sick over red tape to help this poor beagle...RISE UP BEAGLE LOVERS..BEAGLE POWER!
