Over the years those in the community, as well as the surrounding areas in the region, have watched the mistreatment of his dogs. Despite filing complaints, having the SPCA and RCMP involved in the alleged animal abuse and neglect of these dogs nothing has been done. 
This petition is not only to bring awareness to those in the community who were unaware of this, but to also bring a voice to those of us who are absolutely appalled by the lack of punishment and the enabling of this treatment. 
Signing this petition will show the SPCA and local authorities how many people are concerned about the welfare of these animals and to hopefully have a proper investigation into and the history of alleged abuse, neglect and overbreeding of dogs. These poor, loving dogs deserve loving, caring homes.
