Under the management of the current Board of Directors, the SPCA of Cattaraugus County has suffered gross negligence with mis-appropriation of funds, animal care neglect, dilapidated shelter conditions, financial distress and improper treatment of employees. A behavior pattern that has been established to have carried on for years.

The animals deserve better, the employees deserve better and the community deserves better.
