Help us stop this extreme Pet Overpopulation!  The killing or euthanizing of over four million pets a year!  Lessen the unwanted, neglected, abandoned and abused pets. Lessen the dangerous dogs and there prolific overbreeding, wrong breeding and dog bites.  Let's stop the suffering of these dogs and cats because people don't care, are lazy and don't want to be bothered.  Help us make this a LAW so there are enforcements and repercussions for people who create this problem and cause these animals to suffer, starve, be hurt, abused and killed.  Thank You and please share!
