spay & neuter dogs and cats. Let’s make it mandatory
The Issue
Let’s eliminate overpopulation of dogs & cats and prevent millions more unwanted domestic animals from being born into suffering and death. Tx REFUSES all animal - people welfare. Abuse of Power in TX
Hello Animal Lovers.
Let’s make it mandatory to spay & neuter dogs and cats in Texas.
There are over 80 million homeless animals in the US. We are drowning in strays who have no place to go. Shelters are overwhelmed. There’s no end in sight. There are no resources going towards this cause. It is a Severe Abuse of Power by Wealthy Tx Officials.
This is a quality of life, health & safety issue. Tx is #1 for animal abuse , euthanasia and incarceration. Dogs are shot on a daily basis and it is accepted as the norm. It’s a sick culture.
Only %10 of dogs & cats born are successfully adopted The rest are either euthanized, but most of them perish on the streets dying of starvation , heat stroke, are preyed upon and are hit by cars among other dangers . Heartworm, distemper and parvo are all fatal conditions these poor babies have to endure. These are human rights violations and have made Tx a ghetto bringing crime and poverty to these already poor people.
Most Rescuers are citizens and have anywhere from 5 to 50 dogs just trying to get them off the streets. Thousands of rescues that can’t keep up because of the endless reproduction. We are all suffering. We domesticated them then we betrayed them. This is a human issue.
Tx refuses to address this crisis. Tx refuses ALL animal welfare. They ignore our pleas for help and instead continue to perpetuate these atrocities. Unlicensed Unethical Backyard BREEDING is out of control, who are dumping thousands (if not millions) of litters, sometimes very sick, all over Tx. Profit over life is the norm. Tx refuses to prosecute animal abusers.
Overpopulation has created crime, Dog Fighting Rings, dog attacks, road hazards and unbelievable suffering and death for all of us. We are living in a nightmare. The pain is more than we can bear.
We are proposing to make it a law to get our animals fixed as well as microchipped. Our goal is to create affordable programs to facilitate this . Mandatory spay & neuter IS the SOLUTION.
IRRESPONSIBLE pet ownership is off the charts. A good owner IDs their pet, fixes them, gets their shots, and doesn’t lose them. The odds of getting them back are very low. The odds of them perishing are almost guaranteed.
I am focusing on Tx because we stand a better chance of being successful with this proposal.
Texas has fire ants, rattlesnakes, cactus and death heat. Imagine how this feels for them.
This petition also applies to our beautiful cat friends. They are in dire need of help. Millions of feral cats suffering on the streets of Texas.
BENEFiTS of getting your dog FIXED PREVENTION Will help tremendously in reducing the amount of litters being born.
Challenge UNETHICAL BREEDERS.
Will REDUCE the drive to roam.
REDUCES AGGRESSION Dog Fighting rings are a billion dollar industry and they use dogs that are not fixed to fight one another because they are more aggressive. They use puppies as bait. Help us eliminate this blood sport.
SOCIAlIZATION; they can hang out and play with their friends without getting them pregnant.
PREVENTS many different kinds of genital cancers.
Unethical breeding has created dogs with severe medical disabilities such as blindness, hip dysplasia and much more.
Pic is real from this year in Texas. Porcupine Pup. Her name is Jaquilla. She has advanced stages of heartworm among all her other injuries. Let’s prevent this kind of suffering. She was dumped in the Hill Country.
These magnificent creatures are all love. We need them and they need us. They depend on us for their well being. We must step up and take a stand. We must end this nightmare.
we cannot succeed without funds donate anything you can pls. Let’s make some real change for the benefit of everyone. As you see, it can be done. The Netherlands are an example to us. Eliminating animal abusers have eliminated crime in their country.
Thank you for being here. Encourage others to use their voices for good
Thank You.
