3 Galgos have been pulled out of a river in Spain. They were sealed in plastic bags, haven first been beaten. Rescuers were only able to save one.Unfortunately for the villians who did this, as they forgot to remove the microchips which are being traced. Another good reason for enforcing microchips in dogs!
