A DISPUTED SIGNATURE IN A CRIMINAL CASE SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF BEING INDEPENDENTLY EXAMINED, WITHOUT FIRST HAVING TO PAY FOR A LAWYER OR OTHER LEGAL REPRESENTATION JUST TO REQUEST THE EXAMINATION

I am facing a fraud accusation in Spain, which I deny. I am not asking anyone to decide whether I am innocent or guilty. I am asking for something simple: that a disputed signature in my criminal case can be independently examined. I am also asking for an accessible way to request the examination of disputed evidence without first having to hire and pay for a lawyer and a procurator merely to make that request.

I am not asking for assumptions. I am asking for evidence.

Hello, my name is Rob van der Zee.

Since 2023, I have been facing a serious accusation of fraud in Spain. I maintain my innocence.

But this video and my petition are not asking you to decide whether I am guilty or innocent.

I am asking for something much simpler.

In my criminal case, there is a document dated 18 June 2025 containing a signature that I seriously question.

I am not asking anyone simply to believe me.

I am asking for the original document and the disputed signature to be examined independently by a qualified forensic document expert.

I also believe that a person who disputes important evidence should have a meaningful possibility to request such an examination without first being forced to hire and pay for a lawyer and a procurator simply to ask for the evidence to be examined.

Since this case began, I have spent more than 50,000 euros on legal assistance, yet I am still asking for the opportunity to have this disputed evidence objectively examined.

If an independent examination confirms that the signature is genuine, I am prepared to accept that conclusion.

But if there is a problem with the document or the signature, that should also be properly investigated.

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking for access to evidence. I am asking for an independent examination.
