Ask Southwest to end it's cruel partnership with Seaworld.

Southwest says their mission is a dedication to the highest quality of customer service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit. Southwest fails their mission by supporting Seaworld.

Seaworld does not deliver warmth or friendliness by confining whales and dolphins—who often swim up to 100 miles a day in the wild—to tanks that, to them, are the size of a bathtub.

Animals at SeaWorld often die prematurely from stress and other captivity-related causes. Confining animals of such great size to severely inadequate tanks leads to miserable lives of desperation and frustration—and dangerous conditions for SeaWorld staffers.

Most recently, Nakai, an orca held in captivity at SeaWorld, had a dinner-plate size wound on his lower jaw that he likely sustained when another orca attacked him. SeaWorld's corporate incident log contains reports of more than 100 incidents of orca aggression at its parks, often resulting in injuries to humans and even causing one death. Yet despite this, the company continues to put profits over humane concerns.

Three out of four Americans oppose keeping whales in captivity for public display.

The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society released the first-ever nationwide opinion poll gauging attitudes about keeping orcas in captivity for public display. The poll found that more Americans oppose than support the practice, with only one in four people in favor of it. Seventy-one percent of respondents say that if zoos, aquaria and marine mammal theme parks were to end the practice of keeping killer whales, they would still visit. Indeed, a further 14 percent would be more likely to visit if the practice of displaying orcas were to stop.

SeaWorld presents itself as a family establishment full of fun activities. However, these "fun activities" harm animals physically and emotionally.

Join me in asking Southwest to end their partnership with Seaworld.
