Berkeley Homes, the new owners of the Aylesham site say that:

- Their intention to look at the site afresh does include starting on the overall masterplan
- They expect to open an office in one of the shopfronts in the Aylesham Centre, staffed on certain days of the week. Opening date TBC.
- They are committed to proper community consultation process - more information to follow.
