This is so sad, visas appear to be frozen. This time India refused visas for Pakistani participants for the Jaipur literary fest and perhaps for the first time, there were no Pakistani stalls at the trade fair. Ordinary people with blood relatives on either side are being denied. We hear this is going to go on for some time. Why should ordinary people pay the price of politics? #MilneDo
