There is a spate of refused visas these days. What is going on? Families being refused visas to visit relatives after having received visas 10 times in the past, pilgrims wanting to visit a holy place on the other side refused, a writer being refused visa to attend his book launch... Only exceptional cases that make it to the media, when a top ranking official takes personal interest in them, seem to get visas. We don't want exceptionalism. We want ease of visa for ordinary people. #MilneDo
