On Monday 2/3/20 at 7PM during the town council meeting the Town of South Windsor is planning to propose an ordinance titled Public nuisances affecting public health and safety that would grossly restrict the rights of property owners and owners of all sizes of off road motorcycles, ATV's, snowmobiles and anything motorized (golf carts) that is not authorized for use on a street.   The violations proposed will be progressive starting at $750 for the first offense and subject to seizure by the town after 3 violations.

By signing this petition we are vehemently opposed to the Town of South Windsor attempting to restrict the legal rights of property owners use of motorized vehicles - dirt bike, ATV, snowmobile or mini motorcycles etc.
