Some amazing news to bring your mood up during this pandemic, the South Milwaukee High School nurse position has been saved! Not only is Mrs. Heller going to be staying with us as a nurse, but her work period at the school has been extended from 3 hours to 5 hours per day. Every person that signed the petition was able to help advocate for Mrs. Heller! I am truly touched beyond words by what we were able to accomplish, and want to send out an enormous thank you to every single person that was able to help us get where we are. I also want Mrs. Heller to know that the entire student body at South Milwaukee appreciates what you are able to do for us. We are extremely thankful for all of the guidance you are able to provide for each and every student that walks into your office. Again, my sincere gratitude goes out to every person that was able to help our cause, and influence the school boards decision. Thank you.
