Because the sole Chick-Fil-A in Madison is on the North Side and is ALWAYS busy, having one in South Madison will accomodate the many, many patrons who live off of Zierdt Rd, Slaughter Rd, Old Madison Pike, Sullivan Street and many other Southside Neighborhoods
