In response to a complaint I received directly from the WVA about bullying comments left on the WVA Facebook page, I've added the following note to the petition. I sincerely hope that we can be dignified and intelligent with our communications going forward, which will work in our favour to ultimately ban The Dog & Cat Meat Trade. "Note: Dear activists, if you choose to contact the WVA to express your dismay at the choice of this year's Congress location of South Korea, please be polite and informative. Our group do not condone aggressive or bullying communications, which can be counterproductive. The WVA have thus far been responsive to our communications, and we seek a mutually beneficial relationship with the WVA going forward. Please work to build bridges not walls.
