Stuart Lutz is a beloved Visual Arts Teacher at South Gate Middle School.  He also coordinates the most popular events at SGMS, like "South Gate Idol", "Teachers Got Talent" and "Dancing With the Students."  Mr. Lutz advises for the school yearbook, and also serves as a Chapter Chair for the Teachers' Union.

Over two weeks ago,  LAUSD sent Mr. Lutz to "Teacher Jail" after he spoke out over a number of issues at South Gate Middle School, including:

* Concerns over Misuse of School Funds

* Insufficient Restroom Availalbility for Students

* Arbitrary Cancellations of Student-Centered Programs and Activities

* Low Teacher Morale

* Unsafe Conditions for Students

We believe that Mr. Lutz is being SILENCED. Please bring a beloved TEACHER back to his SCHOOL, where he BELONGS!
