A case was just settled out of court in Co. Times are changing. And it's about time. Law enforcement officers need to learn, that killing our pets is not acceptable. City officials need to learn that their officers bad actions will cost them in the long run. And local Gov entities need to stop protecting officers who carelessly kill our pets. The laws are meant to be followed by all.
