Here is the dispatch log activity for Officer Magee for Sept 21st and Sept 22nd 2014. He claims in his investigation statement to have picked Duke up at 3:30 on Sept 21st, drove around looking for his owner for 2 1/2 hours then dumped him off at a campground around 6:00pm when he got a call about a loose calf in town. He then claims he went back to find him but couldnt so he went home for Supper. He claims he went back on duty around 8:00pm and located Duke then drove him into the country at 1:30am on Sept 22nd and shot him. Does anyone see any of that activity on here? Looks to me like he was home at his residence between 12:41 am until 7:49 am on Sept 22nd. So how did he shoot Duke at 1:30am on Sept 22nd?
