These dog's deserve a better life. Not to locked in cages, just to breed. they are kept in filth, not socialized or loved. The women in Conway who was just caught should have no right to these poor dogs. The laws need to be changed to give a voice for the dogs who can't speak for themselves. Horry County ordinance 4-3 failure to provide proper care and treatment of animals. A $455.00 fine that is a ridiculous amount. A $10,000.00 fine and jail time sounds much better. No wonder these keep popping up there is no deterrent.
