My 7 year old grandson Ian was born 3 months premature and severely disabled. He is non verbal and regularly has seizures. S.C. child Protective Services has been involved since April for a report made over a year ago. There is medical evidence that the mother has abused him. There are documents from CPS indicating horrifying living conditions and still my grandson has not been removed. Please help me hold CPS accountable and help my grandson. His grandfather is willing and able to take him. Please sign and let them know this is not ok.
